Busani Ngcamu started his career with Eskom in 2002 as an Engineer in Training and worked in various departments dealing with power flow analysis; protection settings, project engineering, substation design, power system protection; power plant maintenance and performance enhancement. During his tenure at Eskom he progressed through various levels from Engineer in Training to Engineer, senior engineer and held various management roles, responsible for network and plant maintenance and performance ranging from LV to EHV. Busani graduated with Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical (HC) in 2001) and Master of Science in Power and Energy Systems (2012) from the University of kwa-Zulu Natal. He further obtained a Master of Business Leadership from UNISA Business School in 2013.

In year 2008 Busani co-founded Ugesi Africa Consulting, where he is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and other operational matters. He has more than 11 years of experience in both the government and private sector projects. His wealth of knowledge and experience ensures timeous delivery and sustained customer satisfaction.

Zaid Ally obtained his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering (HC) from the University of kwa-Zulu Natal; he also possesses a national diploma in electrical engineering (LC). He started his career in 1987 as a telecommunications technician at Telkom SA. In 1999 he joined Power line as a project manager responsible for infrastructure building, testing and commissioning.

In year 2008 Zaid co-founded Ugesi Africa Consulting, where his responsibilities include: general administration of professional practice, Electrical engineering project program coordination, project design coordination, estimator and business development. He has more than 20 years of experience in both the government and private sector projects. His wealth of knowledge and experience ensures timeous delivery and sustained customer satisfaction.
